Shipping
We currently ship Australia wide via Australia Post. International shipping is not available at this stage.
Shipping rates
- Standard Shipping: $12 flat rate
- Express Shipping: $16 flat rate
- Free Standard Shipping: On orders $150 and over
All parcels include tracking.
Processing & delivery
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days.
Once dispatched, please allow approximately 3–10 days for delivery, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary, particularly during busy periods or for regional and remote areas.
Express Shipping is available for an additional fee. Selecting Express Shipping speeds up the Australia Post delivery service but does not change our order processing time.
You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.
Delivery details
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Story Found cannot guarantee recovery of a parcel sent to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery is managed by Australia Post and delays can occasionally occur outside our control. If your parcel appears to be delayed or missing, please get in touch at hello@storyfound.com.au and we’ll help you follow it up.
A note on delivery
Please ensure your nominated delivery address is secure and suitable for receiving parcels. Where Australia Post determines a parcel can be safely left, delivery may occur without someone being present.
