About Story Found

Story Found is built around the pleasure of discovering unique preloved children’s clothing.

We find and select pieces for their quality, character and individuality, bringing them together in a curated collection.

Where it started

My background in clothing and fashion has always shaped the way I look at clothes. But after having my own child, and beginning to dress and style him, I became much more interested in children’s clothing and what could be found secondhand.

Seeing more in a piece

I started to see preloved clothing differently. Not as a compromise, but as another way to find pieces with personality and a life beyond their first wearer. Small imperfections rarely put me off. If a piece is special enough, I’m happy to mend a hole, secure a seam or make a simple repair so it can be worn again.

What comes next

That mix of discovery, care and a love of children’s clothing is where Story Found began. We do the searching, choose the pieces carefully and price them thoughtfully, so the story can continue with the child who wears them next.
